A simple combination of apple, rice, sultanas and cottage
cheese.
Ingredients:
2 cup cooked brown rice
410 g can pie apple
1/4 cup sultanas
1 1/2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 Tbsp lemon rind
4 Tbsp lowfat cottage cheese
Directions:
In a bowl combine rice, apple, lemon juice, rind,
sultanas, honey and cottage cheese.
Spoon into two
serving dishes and chill well before serving.
