Banana Porridge

A delicious way to start your day.

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup So Good Now lowfat soy drink
  • 2 cup hot water
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 medium banana, mashed
Directions:
  1. Combine oats, salt and water in a large bowl.
  2. Microwave on HIGH [100%] for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally (or place in a saucepan over medium heat and stir until mixture boils and thickens).
  3. Stir in So Good Now Low Fat, sugar and banana.
