Creamy Tuna Pasta

Quick and easy meal idea, great for lunch or dinner.

  • 1 can (425g) tuna flakes in spring water, drained
  • 1 cup low-fat natural yoghurt
  • 400 g pasta
  • 4 spring onions
  • 1 punnet cherry tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 pinch of salt & pepper, to taste


  1. Cook pasta according to packet instructions.
  2. While pasta is cooking, chop parsley, slice spring onions and cut cherry tomatoes in half. Mix drained tuna and yoghurt. Add parsley, onions and tomatoes.
  3. When pasta is cooked and drained, add tuna mixture to pasta and stir to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.Variations:
  4. Add some chopped chilli to spice things up. Serve with a large green salad.
