A simple and tasty burger idea. It's excellent on the
BBQ as well!
Ingredients:
450 g lean turkey mince
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 egg
3/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1 freshly ground black pepper
1 onion, chopped
1 Tbsp olive oil
4 hamburger rolls, halved
3 1/2 Tbsp fruit chutney
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 small cucumber, sliced
Directions:
Combine turkey mince, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, pepper
and onion in a food processor. Brush the base of a
non-stick skillet with olive oil.
Form mince mixture into 4 patties
and place in the skillet. Cook patties for a few minutes
on each side until well browned and cooked.
Spread fruity chutney on bread roll
halves. Place cooked patties into rolls. Fill with
salad vegetables and serve immediately.
