Apricot Yoghurt Smoothie

This drink is a meal on its own.

Ingredients:
  • 200 g carton lowfat yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup Sanitarium So Good Lite or skim milk
  • 1/2 cup canned apricots in natural juice, drained or 1 banana
  • 2 tsp Sanitarium Honey
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 ice cubes
Directions:
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well.
  2. Serve in a tall glass. Sprinkle top with cinnamon.
