Try this healthy and filling shake for a tasty breakfast.
Ingredients:
1 small banana
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yoghurt*
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp caster sugar
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a blender. Enjoy!
Variations:
You could substitute strawberries for bananas or use
different flavoured yoghurts.
* Check the ingredients of this product carefully to
ensure it doesn't contain gluten (if required).
