Tuna Mayo Wrap

Perfect sandwich for packed lunches.

Suggestions:

Recipe can be made several hours ahead. Wrap firmly in plastic wrap or foil to retain freshness.

Ingredients:
  • 1 stick celery, chopped finely
  • 425 g tuna in brine (drain and flake)
  • 1/4 cup lowfat mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 lavash bread
  • 1 small cos lettuce, torn
Directions:
  1. Combine celery, tuna, mayonnaise, coriander and juice in medium bowl.
  2. Top bread with lettuce then tuna mixture. Roll up from the short side.
