Recipe can be made several hours ahead. Wrap firmly
in plastic wrap or foil to retain freshness.
Ingredients:
1 stick celery, chopped finely
425 g tuna in brine (drain and flake)
1/4 cup lowfat mayonnaise
1/3 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
1 Tbsp lemon juice
4 lavash bread
1 small cos lettuce, torn
Directions:
Combine celery, tuna, mayonnaise, coriander and juice
in medium bowl.
Top bread with lettuce then tuna mixture.
Roll up from the short side.
